Minimum orders are set at 25$ before tax with a 6.99 set delivery charge. Store pickups are at no charge and have no minimum.
While our online store operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, our staff members (including shipping and receiving) hours are Monday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. We are NOT open on weekends; any orders placed during the weekend are considered received the following Monday.
SHIPPED ORDERS: We offer same day delivery for all orders set before 12 p.m. Eastern Standard Time for order delivered in Laval. Deliveries set before 12 p.m. Eastern Standard Time for the Montreal area will be delivered the next day.
PICK UP ORDERS: You are able to select our physical location as a pick up point and you may select your preferred pick up time. Pick up time slots are every ten minutes apart, and there is a 1 hour buffer time for us to have time to prepare your order. As always, we will call you when your order is ready for pick up.
If you no longer want your order, or want to amend it prior to it being out for delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. We will cancel your order and issue a refund through our system (which may take a couple of business days to show up on your credit card statement).
