Misko Chilopites Pasta

The favorite from the Greek taste tradition "flattened" pasta strips made from semolina and egg. They are so delicious that they are eaten comfortably and plain or with cheese, but also with various sauces, usually red, but also white. They can also go well with meat or poultry.
